- Procedure
- Coronally advanced flap with a subepithelial connective tissue graft harvested from the palate, secured with microsurgical suturing.
- Materials
- Autogenous subepithelial connective tissue graft.
- Healing & review
- Soft-diet protocol for two weeks, suture removal at day 14, review at 6 weeks and 3 months.
- Outcome
- Root coverage achieved with a thicker, stable band of keratinised tissue and resolution of cold sensitivity.
